Liquid 2026 brings together more than 550 attendees from over 20 countries in Barcelona
On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, Barcelona hosted the 3rd edition of Liquid Vins, once again held at the emblematic Metrònom venue, consolidating its position as a leading independent and professional gathering within the international landscape.
This year’s edition brought together more than 550 attendees from over 20 countries, including Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States, confirming the event’s growing international reach.
Liquid 2026 featured more than 55 exhibiting producers, both local and international — all projects with a strong identity and a shared philosophy based on respect for place, consistency in production and an honest perspective on wine. They were joined by projects from France, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Greece.
Although wine once again remained the central focus of the fair, Liquid maintained its open approach to other liquids that are also part of our gastronomic culture, such as kombucha, sake, tea and coffee, reinforcing its transversal and contemporary character.
Held in a human-scale setting designed to encourage direct interaction between producers, professionals and a specialized audience, Liquid reaffirms its vocation as a space for meeting, exchange and discovery, both nationally and internationally.
With this third edition, Liquid Vins consolidates its position in Barcelona as an essential event for those who work with and reflect on wine and other liquids from an independent and committed perspective.
The conversation continues at the next edition of Liquid, on Tuesday, February 2, 2027.
