The purchase of a ticket includes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Each ticket provides access to the Liquid Vins event during opening hours (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM), as well as a complimentary Gabriel Glass (one per ticket). In case of breakage, a replacement glass can be purchased at the ticket booth for a price of 10 €.

The organization of Liquid reserves the right of admission to ensure the safety and proper development of the event, as long as the exclusion is based on objective conditions for entry and stay. Entry will not be allowed to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of other substances. Those exhibiting illegal, discriminatory, or harmful behavior towards the organization, exhibitors, other attendees, or the integrity of the venue will be expelled. Compliance with these guidelines is included in the terms and conditions of entry.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the event is not attended, no refund will be issued. In cases of cancellation due to force majeure, the amount will be refunded within 20 days from the public announcement of the cancellation. Handling fees are non-refundable.

• Street sales and external advertising are prohibited within the venue without prior authorization.

• Animals on a leash are allowed, but must be under strict supervision.

• Smoking is not allowed, nor is entry with bicycles, scooters, or outside bottles.

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

• Accessible entrance available.

• Leaving the venue with glasses filled with wine or other products is not allowed.

• At Liquid Vins, we support reusing and recycling. Please use the designated bins correctly within the venue.

• Limited capacity: the organization reserves the right to regulate access in case the venue reaches full capacity.
