On Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, Barcelona will host the 3rd edition of Liquid Vins, once again held at the iconic Metrònom venue.

The fair continues to establish itself as an independent, professional, human-scale event, designed to encourage direct contact between producers, clients, and specialized audiences from both Spain and abroad.

This year’s edition brings together more than 55 participating producers, all of them small-scale and with a strong individual identity, sharing a common philosophy: respect for place, coherence in production, and an honest approach to the product. In addition to local producers, Liquid will feature ten wineries from France, Italy, Portugal, Austria, and Greece.

While wine remains the central focus, Liquid keeps an open perspective towards other essential liquids found on our tables, such as kombucha, sake, tea, and coffee. All of them have a place at Liquid.

Metrònom is an iconic venue in the city of Barcelona, housed in the former warehouse of the Agricultural Industries Company, a unique building dating back to 1918, located next to the Born Market.
